1. Acceptance & eligibility
By using VulcanCV, operated by VulcanCV LLC (a Colorado limited liability company), you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
2. The service
VulcanCV produces an AI-generated analysis of how your resume fits the live job market at your level and one level below and above, based on job postings scraped at run time.
3. Not professional advice
The analysis is provided for informational purposes only. It is not career, legal, financial, or other professional advice, is generated by an AI model, and may contain inaccuracies or omissions. Job-market data may be incomplete, stale, or unrepresentative. You are responsible for how you use the results.
4. Tokens, pricing, and payment
Access is sold as one-time tokens (see the pricing page). One token is consumed per completed analysis. Payments are handled by PayPal. If an analysis fails, your token is not consumed and remains available for another run. Except where required by law, purchased tokens are non-refundable.
5. Your content and rights
You represent that you have the right to upload the resume you submit. You retain ownership of your resume; we claim no ownership of it. You receive the generated report for your own use. As described in the Privacy Policy, resume content is hard-deleted after each run.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, submit content you lack rights to, attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or scrape the service, or resell it without permission.
7. Intellectual property
The service, its software, and its design are owned by VulcanCV LLC. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the analysis giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including employment or financial outcomes.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify VulcanCV LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
11. Changes & termination
We may modify the service or these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
